CONTESTS during the FIRST OLD TIME SUNDAY FESTIVAL "LEB I VINO" - Spatovo 2009

Organised by Leb i Vino ART Formation and adherents.

COUNTRY LUNCH CONTEST RULES:

The dishes must be traditional to the region, made from original old recipes, with a good taste and looks. They are presented for tasting between 8:00 and 08:30 am to the organizers and the jury.

After the winner has been elected, the dishes are returned (or sold, or given away).

There is an award for the winner.

The evaluation will be made according to:

  1. The tradition (who told you the recipe)
  2. The appearance of the dish (traditional)
  3. The choice of vessels and the authenticity of their arrangement
  4. The taste
